Shipment

We deliver in 1/2 working days with SDA, BRT and UPS.

Orders are shipped from ILOSTMYMIND via SDA, BRT and UPS couriers from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am – 19:30 excluding holidays .

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

Pre-orders will be delivered on the date indicated in the product description, barring unforeseen events.

Returns and Refunds

The customer can return the items purchased on ilostmymind.net within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
